Each week I run 10 classes throughout Woking and each week around 300 members take part in one of my special slimming and exercise classes.

Why not come along and see what I can do for you?  Join me, and let me support and encourage you every step of the way – and make some new friends too. Remember, all my members have the same goal – to lose weight and get fitter.

If you do wish to join in the exercise session, please bring with you a bottle of water and wear some loose, comfortable clothing (leggings and a t-shirt is fine) and a pair of training shoes.

Your membership includes a copy of Rosemary’s highly effective Gi Hip and Thigh Diet, which comes in two parts. Part one is the Fat Attack Fortnight diet booklet, to help you enjoy fast and significant weight losses in the first couple of weeks. Part two is a 160-page Gi Hip and Thigh Diet, which has seen some amazing results. The diet is based on eating low Gi foods with less than 5% fat, with certain exceptions such as oily fish. You will also receive a free set of Portion Pots™ to control your portion sizes and help you achieve amazing results.

I am fully qualified to teach exercise to music with special experience to teach the overweight or newcomer to exercise. I have also been highly trained in nutrition, so I know I can help you achieve your weight loss goals.

I have personally overcome a weight problem myself, so I know how it feels to be overweight. At my heaviest I weighed 20st 10lb. I knew I had to do something, so I joined my local Rosemary Conley class.

I lost an incredible 11st 5lb, that’s over half my body weight! I was rewarded for my amazing weight loss, and was 2nd place winner in the Rosemary Conley Slimmer of the Year awards. 

Rosemary Conley Diet and Fitness Clubs have been in operation since 1993, and Rosemary has over thirty-five years experience of helping people to slim down and shape up. Her winning formula of low-fat eating combined with exercise has helped millions of people to lose weight and keep it off.

As ours is the only national organisation to offer dietary advise AND exercise in the same weekly class, there is no better place for you to lose weight and get fit. Even if you haven’t exercised for a long time, I can adapt the exercises to suit all abilities.

Our classes are friendly and welcoming and there’s a great atmosphere in class. No one is made to feel embarrassed and your weigh-in is very discreet, so, apart from myself and my staff no one else will know how much you weigh. If you are thinking of joining on your own, as many of my members do, there’s no need to worry: you’re soon amongst friends at a Rosemary Conley class. It doesn’t matter if you’ve got a little or a large amount of weight to lose. We can help you and we’re with you every step of the way.

If you are happy to, I would love you to take part in the 45-minute exercise to music sessions at each class. If you do, you will soon see the benefits that regular exercise can bring and you will become much fitter too.

I make the toning and aerobic exercises suitable for all levels of ability – so even if you’ve not exercised for a long time, or you have a lot of weight to lose, you can still join in.

My classes cost just £6.00 and there’s a one-off joining fee of £10 for your membership and diet pack. Or you can get FREE MEMBERSHIP by joining my monthly Premier Club for just £23.50 per month (by standing order). If you are staying for the exercise session, the class lasts for 90 minutes.
